Welcome!

From 27th - 28th of May 2015 we would like to invite you to come together at the first Agile Coach Camp Indonesia!

Q: What do you get when you put a bunch of Agile Software Development coach & practitioners, in a timebox with a few simple rules?

A: If they , the answer is: an AgileCoachCamp. Oh, and LOTS of fun!

You are Invited, If you are...

0. An Agile Coach

A kind of guy that have a passion for improvement in iterative-flexible software development, both human-wise, organisation-wise, or technical-wise. A process or system hacker.

1.  A non-Coach Agile practitioners
Developer, or Product Designer, or Manager, or CTO, or even ISV consumer. Anyone who are inside or beside of Agile Software Development ecosystem.

2. An Agile skeptic or enthusiast

Umm.. the one who just want to know. If we're out of space for this kinda guys, we will provide the video documentation about the talks in the event later on.

Maximum 50 for Open Space participants. But we will inspect and adapt if the participants will be more than 50. We would like to have 50% Indonesian and 50% foreign participants to enrich the experience.

What You Will Get

Two days of interactive and egalitarian discussions (read: Open Space) about the state of arts.

Participants might propose to share great ideas. Just like TED, but with a followed-up discussion session.

Small research will be conducted in the event. It'll be openly published, so everyone could know the state of Agile Software Development in Indonesia.

More About Open Space

Open Space was discovered as a means to self-organize meetings and conferences around what mattered most to people. The basics of holding space are simple, yet powerful. People come together around a high-level topic or need and create their own agenda; then people gather into groups to brainstorm, debate, or otherwise discuss the topics proposed on the agenda, known as the marketplace.

This marketplace is created after the space is opened and the following principles and a law are reviewed:

  • Whoever comes are the right people.
  • Whatever happens is the only thing that could have.
  • When it starts is the right time.
  • It’s over when it’s over
  • If you are not learning or contributing, feel free to move to a place where you can learn or contribute. This is the law of two feet.

Price

Price per participants would be aprox: to be announced, to be paid directly to hotel.

How registration will work?

Once you have submitted your position paper, organizers will review and send a confirmation of your participation.

Cancelations:

Participation can be canceled up to 4 weeks before event for free, up to 2 weeks before event, 50% of the cost will be charged for cancelation, and less than 2 weeks 100% of the cost of event will be charged.
